To order an import you received from stats, you must do the following:

• Note the group with a note titled 'Import Claim', '(Designer Name) Import Claim', or something similar.

• Include your proof link for obtaining the import at the top of the note.

• You may only send in three notes for ordering stat imports per month.

• If you would like a Design Transfer please keep in mind not all designers are open for this service. Review the document above to ensure you choose a designer who accepts these.

• Design Transfers cannot be designed by a member on the Admin Lines - please only use the Export Lines found HERE on the BallatorDesignAdmin account to design your import.

Additional Important Information & FAQ:• Admins will contact you with any trait count issues or questions.
• Admins will allow up to three change requests after your import is shown to you, before it is uploaded to BDA. After the 3rd change request, your import will be uploaded to BDA and will not be edited.
• A PSD will be provided to you after your import is uploaded to BDA. This will be available for download via the designer's stash for 24 hours before being deleted. PSDs for previously ordered Imports cannot be requested and are not available.
• PSDs are given to members for their import only and are provided as a courtesy so Highlord Gifts and other design edits may be made easily by the member. Import PSDs are not to be shared or used for Design Transfers. If the Admin PSDs are abused, shared, designed on by members or otherwise found to have been distributed/used in any other way the Group deems unfit, this privilege will be taken away and the member/members responsible will be subject to a permanent ban at the Group's discretion.
• The general turn around time for import completion is approx. One Month but varies from designer to designer as Life™ and Responsibilities™ come up. Please wait at least one month before contacting the group regarding the status update on your import.
• Please Remember that Admins are taking time out of their own schedules to do these imports for free; please be patient and considerate!

Import Seasons

Import Season Rules
• Maximum One import, custom, OR auction per user., per import season.

• Each designer has a set number of open slots which may change each season. If all designer slots are filled and completed before the season's end, more may open.

• You cannot give the slot to someone else. If you find that you can no longer order, you must hide your comment on the designer's comment thread and someone else will take your place.
• You may pay for someone else's import. Payment must be worked out between individuals prior to a claim comment being made.
• It is against Paypal's TOS to have two people using a single paypal account. We will not accept payments from members attempting to use a joint paypal and consider this fraudulent behaviour.

• Any uncalled for behavior during the process (example, complaining about time, bragging to others about your slot, price complaints, noting others to beg, or throwing a temper tantrum) will cause a loss of the slot and a possible removal of privileges from participating in import seasons in the future.
• If any fraudulent behavior occurs, including but not limited to: using a duplicate account to gain multiple imports, harassing another member during bidding and/or slot claim or any other means of attempting to acquire more than one import per season will result in an IMMEDIATE 1 year entire group ban and the inability to purchase any imports during future import seasons. If you suspect fraudulent behavior is occurring during import season, please Note the group immediately for the admins to review. Please include screenshots if they are available.

Designer Information & Refusals
PLEASE READ THE STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES AND PREFERENCES OF THE DESIGNERS IN THIS DOCUMENT.
IF YOU ORDER SOMETHING FROM A DESIGNER WHO DOES NOT FEEL THEY CAN COMPLETE WHAT YOU ASK, YOUR ORDER MAY BE DECLINED.

If a designer chooses to decline an order, the member has the following options to move forward.
• Option 1: The designer and the member may have a discussion with one another regarding the possibility of making edits that will be satisfactory to both parties.
• Option 2: If no resolution can be reached between the chosen designer and the member, the order will be taken to the admin team and an open designer will be assigned to complete the import.
• Option 3: The member may choose to forfeit the import slot in which case it will be opened to the next member in the queue.

Payment & Additional Costs

DO NOT send payment until you are asked to do so!
• Reminder: $1.00 USD = 100
• Payment must be received within 48 hours or the slot will be forfeit and given to the next member in the queue.
• Token import payments will be handled individually based on if it is a Group Funds Token or a Charity Token. Please see the Token section below.
• Three change requests are available after your import is shown to you, before it is uploaded to BDA.
• The 1st change request is free of charge.
• The 2nd and 3rd requests will cost $3.00/300 each.
• After the 3rd change request has been paid for and completed, the import will be uploaded to BDA and no additional changes may be requested.

Imports are first come, first serve based on the replies to a designer comment. It is advised not to hide your comment even if you do not make it into the initial designer slots available, as if any issues arise the forfeited slot will be offered to the next member in the comment queue. A second round is possible but not a guarantee and is up to the discretion of the design team.

The EquusBallator Import Ordering system is Flat Rate. Please read about our 4 types of imports:

How To Order & Forms

To claim a slot, reply to a featured Designer comment (links above) with the following form filled out:

Only ONE of each Token is available per import season. Tokens are subject to change.

• Tokens will be posted at noon Eastern Standard Time at EquusBallatorSociety .
• As soon as the featured EBS Bidding Comment is posted, members may begin the bid chain by responding. The first reply posted will become the official bidding chain and members must respond directly to the last bid made.
• Auctions will end on the specified date and time OR after there has been no bidding for 24 hours on one token.
• If bidding continues right up to noon on the day of the Auction's end, 1 extra hour will be allowed for the contending bidders, and those bidders only. No new bidders may enter past 11:59 A.M.
• Screenshot proof of donation must be provided in your payment reply.
• Zebroid, Poecilla and Wyrm cannot be ordered on an Arctic Ballator.
• Wyrm and Poecilla cannot be ordered on African or Lilliput Ballators.
• Tokens count as 1 Traditional (Full Trait) custom. The Token Mutation will not count towards your trait cap - EX: A Homozygous Poecilla (PcPc) Desert Ballator will have 15 traits available for use.
• A member may enter bidding for up to TWO Tokens but may only win ONE.

In following with our tradition of offering our Import Tokens for Charity we have decided to put a special focus on Australia this year
due to the devastation caused by the brushfires. Our hearts go out to all of the people and animals affected by this terrible disaster

If the Admin PSDs are abused, shared, designed on by members or otherwise found to have been distributed/used in any other way the Group deems unfit, this privilege will be taken away and the member/members responsible will be subject to a permanent ban at the Group's discretion.
• The general turn around time for import completion is approx. One Month but varies from designer to designer as Life™ and Responsibilities™ come up. Please wait at least one month before contacting the group regarding the status update on your import.
• Please Remember that Admins are taking time out of their own schedules to do these imports for free; please be patient and considerate!

Import Seasons

Import Season Rules
• Maximum One import, custom, OR auction per user., per import season.

• Each designer has a set number of open slots which may change each season. If all designer slots are filled and completed before the season's end, more may open.

• You cannot give the slot to someone else. If you find that you can no longer order, you must hide your comment on the designer's comment thread and someone else will take your place.
• You may pay for someone else's import. Payment must be worked out between individuals prior to a claim comment being made.
• It is against Paypal's TOS to have two people using a single paypal account. We will not accept payments from members attempting to use a joint paypal and consider this fraudulent behaviour.

• Any uncalled for behavior during the process (example, complaining about time, bragging to others about your slot, price complaints, noting others to beg, or throwing a temper tantrum) will cause a loss of the slot and a possible removal of privileges from participating in import seasons in the future.
• If any fraudulent behavior occurs, including but not limited to: using a duplicate account to gain multiple imports, harassing another member during bidding and/or slot claim or any other means of attempting to acquire more than one import per season will result in an IMMEDIATE 1 year entire group ban and the inability to purchase any imports during future import seasons. If you suspect fraudulent behavior is occurring during import season, please Note the group immediately for the admins to review. Please include screenshots if they are available.

Designer Information & Refusals
PLEASE READ THE STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES AND PREFERENCES OF THE DESIGNERS IN THIS DOCUMENT.
IF YOU ORDER SOMETHING FROM A DESIGNER WHO DOES NOT FEEL THEY CAN COMPLETE WHAT YOU ASK, YOUR ORDER MAY BE DECLINED.

If a designer chooses to decline an order, the member has the following options to move forward.
• Option 1: The designer and the member may have a discussion with one another regarding the possibility of making edits that will be satisfactory to both parties.
• Option 2: If no resolution can be reached between the chosen designer and the member, the order will be taken to the admin team and an open designer will be assigned to complete the import.
• Option 3: The member may choose to forfeit the import slot in which case it will be opened to the next member in the queue.

Payment & Additional Costs

DO NOT send payment until you are asked to do so!
• Reminder: $1.00 USD = 100
• Payment must be received within 48 hours or the slot will be forfeit and given to the next member in the queue.
• Token import payments will be handled individually based on if it is a Group Funds Token or a Charity Token. Please see the Token section below.
• Three change requests are available after your import is shown to you, before it is uploaded to BDA.
• The 1st change request is free of charge.
• The 2nd and 3rd requests will cost $3.00/300 each.
• After the 3rd change request has been paid for and completed, the import will be uploaded to BDA and no additional changes may be requested.

Imports are first come, first serve based on the replies to a designer comment. It is advised not to hide your comment even if you do not make it into the initial designer slots available, as if any issues arise the forfeited slot will be offered to the next member in the comment queue. A second round is possible but not a guarantee and is up to the discretion of the design team.

The EquusBallator Import Ordering system is Flat Rate. Please read about our 4 types of imports:

To claim a slot, reply to a featured Designer comment (links above) with the following form filled out:

Only ONE of each Token is available per import season. Tokens are subject to change.

• Tokens will be posted at noon Eastern Standard Time at EquusBallatorSociety .
• As soon as the featured EBS Bidding Comment is posted, members may begin the bid chain by responding. The first reply posted will become the official bidding chain and members must respond directly to the last bid made.
• Auctions will end on the specified date and time OR after there has been no bidding for 24 hours on one token.
• If bidding continues right up to noon on the day of the Auction's end, 1 extra hour will be allowed for the contending bidders, and those bidders only. No new bidders may enter past 11:59 A.M.
• Screenshot proof of donation must be provided in your payment reply.
• Zebroid, Poecilla and Wyrm cannot be ordered on an Arctic Ballator.
• Wyrm and Poecilla cannot be ordered on African or Lilliput Ballators.
• Tokens count as 1 Traditional (Full Trait) custom. The Token Mutation will not count towards your trait cap - EX: A Homozygous Poecilla (PcPc) Desert Ballator will have 15 traits available for use.
• A member may enter bidding for up to TWO Tokens but may only win ONE.

In following with our tradition of offering our Import Tokens for Charity we have decided to put a special focus on Australia this year
due to the devastation caused by the brushfires. Our hearts go out to all of the people and animals affected by this terrible disaster
