I'm honestly amazed, compared with the last paintings you've submitted this is really BRUTAL. I have to congratulate you on this one, wonderful job and improvement (I see people getting stuck in more than a year, I see it's not your case).
Well, now that I'm more calmed 
But here they come, the good things surpass by a lot the "bad" ones. The lighting is VERY good, it's well defined, and while it doesn't have a big contrast, the overall atmosphere require it to be like it is. And that's the best part of the shading, it has atmosphere. I also love the colours, greatly chosen, specially the clouds, those purples work wonderfully. Even the frills, while being a huge amount, are well placed and give a very dynamic look, while still retaining the "soft feeling" you were looking for.
So, overall... excellent work, my friend, and a well deserved fav

The excessive frills were actually because I zoomed into the drawing and covered with clouds. You are absolutely right. This created a massive confusion that even I am not sure how the dress is shaped base on this drawing alone. I will work on the clouds next time. foreground ones should have had looked more defined as opposed to the background one.Β

I'm definitely eagerΒ to seeΒ the restΒ of the elements. I really like her expression and am super impressed with the ruffles. Those are so hardΒ to draw, especially with shading, but you made them look effortlessly beautiful. Can't wait to see the whole series.
