So, I saw a couple height charts for Steven Universe around the interwebz, but the ones I could find only showed the fusions and primary Gem's in relation to Steven.Being curious I decided to throw this together.
All heights are based off of observed scale(between characters(mostly in relation to Steven)) from within the actual show and so far everything seems to match up.

I make no claims to having actually drawn them, only to having pasted them together into an image.

EDIT5: double checked Sardonyx's height. While her height fluctuates between scenes and on average is shorter than Sugilite, Ive noticed both their proportions are a bit odd. Even scaled up to match the taller of the fluctuations, Sardonyx is still shorter than Sugilite. It seems Sugilite has some short legs compared to the rest of her body, while Sardonyx has very long legs as compared to hers. Coincidentally Sardonyx's position on the chart has not moved.

Mmm... Maybe. There are plenty of scenes with the fusion and even a nice static door to compare to. If I recall correctly only Steven and Amethyst were ever close enough to the door(while standing in a way to make height comparisons accurate). But I think it could be done.
Im just not sure if I should.
From what I can tell of what we've seen and the lore we know, fusions of the same Gem Type just result in proportionally bigger versions of the base gem. In theory adding more Gems would just increase the fusion's size by a linear amount, perfectly proportional to the number of Gems in the fusion.
Basically, you can already determine the size of the Ruby Fusion.
Just look at a normal Ruby's size and multiply that by the number of Rubies in the fusion.
(My estimate is a bit bigger than Opal, but not as big as Sardonyx)

Sardonyx is taller than Opal but shorter than Sugilite, and Blue/Yellow Diamond.
I favored a height closer to Opal, because of her interactions with Steven while she was holding him up in the air.
Looking back I may have made her a tad too short, but she definitely isn't as tall a Blue or Yellow, so I decided not to make a change.
As Ive said in the past, the Crew of Steven Universe have said they adhere to height comparisons not exact measurements.
(X character is taller than Y character and such) And I follow that method as well.
If another character shows up that requires a more accurate comparison in regards to Sardonyx, then Ill make that change.

Besides steven fits between sardonyx hands almost exactly matching her hand size, that's not reflected in this size chart.

sardonyx is the same height, if not taller than sugilite, relative to steven, and using logic ( no offense), pearl is taller than amethyst.

Sardonyx and Sugilite's height was placed based on comparisons to Steven.
Sardonyx and Sugilite is a little difficult to nail down. In Cry for Help, when standing next to him(the first time forming) Steven's height was 3/4 of the height to Sardonyx's knee(or the same height as from Sardonyx's chin to the very tip of her hair), but when she picks him up he seems to shrink to unreliable variations(chin to a bit short of the very tip of her hair, and when close to the face chin to very tip of forehead). But when she puts him back down he is once again 3/4 of the height to her knee.
Yet when they form Sardonyx the second time in that episode she leans down for another face to face with Steven, and he is once again the same height as chin to very tip of hair. And Steven is very clearly visually much taller when compared to Sardonyx than before.
Even further, when Sugilite is formed in Cry for Help, Steven doesn't even reach half the height of Sugilite's knee. In Coach Steven, Steven fluctuated between half the height of her knee to 3/4 at most.
It fluctuated alot but Sugilite is definitely taller than Sardonyx, as the most common and reliable comparisons show Sardonyx as shorter.

You think I didn't already look at those scenes?? Ive watched the videos dozens of times over.
Besides, the images you have provided actually prove you wrong.
I said it fluctuates from half to 3/4 at most for Sugilite, and your Sugilite image corroborates that statement.
Steven's height in the Sugilite image is 3/4 of the way to her knee, and is only half way to the knee in the Sardonyx image.

I am really disappointed in myself here. I got way too defensive and as a result, the post is inaccurate.
In the images, Steven is about half way to the knee of both Sugilite, and Sardonyx.
It still doesn't change that between the other scenes Sardonyx is, on average, shorter than Sugilite but I should not have been so careless with my response.

The images you provided, are a single data point, among several other data points I have collected.
Based on the fluctuating data points Sardonyx is, on average, shorter than Sugilite.
And until I see valid evidence counter to that, Sardonyx's position on the chart will correctly remain as is.

Just for clarification, when I add bold, or underline, ect its not because of my emotional state.
It is simply because I am trying to place emphasis on those parts of the post.

The image resolution is too small. I can't scale up something that small without it resulting in pretty bad blurring.
If you got one that is equally complete, with the same pose, but around 1000 pixels(preferably more) in height then that would work.
(also don't forget to include the source link so I know who to give credit to)
EDIT: Also keeping an eye out for a Blue Diamond with better legs would be great.
(the one I got, the dress is too short to be proportioned properly)

Looking at your image, Yellow Pearl is slightly too tall. You would need to scale the Yellows down a bit more for it to be more accurate.
Blue Pearl is looking down and Yellow Pearl is looking up. This needs to be accounted for in the scale comparison.
I think I get the jist of what your trying to say tho.
Blue Pearl comes up short to what appears to be Blue Diamond's knees, while Yellow Pearl appears to exceed Yellow Diamonds knees.
The problem is:
1. Blue wears bulky and flowing robes and sits behind a screen, that may hide her height as compared to her Pearl.
Where as Yellow is standing in a manner that makes her height much clearer.
2. The Crew of Steven Universe have stated the characters do not have official height measurements.
Instead they simply adhere to height comparisons. X character is taller than Y character and such.
This is why I went with about equal heights.
The two pearls in comparison with their Diamonds do not differ significantly enough for me to assume one is taller than the other.
This may change if things become clearer in future episodes.

I think Peridot is actually a tiny bit smaller than Steven without her limb enhancers, her hair just makes it hard to tell.

I don't use the top of the hair as the the characters height. I use the estimated location of the hair line.(which can be difficult in some cases with long bangs like Sapphire)
I also try to find comparisons between multiple episodes to ensure accuracy.
Steven looked pretty clearly smaller in both Catch and Release and When it Rains.
I mean, before minute 2 in When it Rains they show both Steven and Peridot next to each other, standing straight up, in the bathroom.
And the point where Peridot's visor hits her hairline was almost as high as the very top of Stevens hair.
Its not by much, but Peridot is taller.

Thanks for making this! I'm drawing some fanart at the moment and was getting really stumped for the characters' heights, but this should help a lot. I'm drawing smol Peridot and Amethyst wearing limb enhancers, so I can take this, compare smol Peridot and tol Peridot's heights, then apply the difference to Amethyst and thus work it out!

One of the reasons I didn't include Malichite, was because there was not enough stuff to cross compare her to.
I could make a best guess, but I would not have much of any confidence in it.
That guess would be that Malichite is roughly twice as big proportionally as Alexandrite.
Note I did not say twice as tall. Malichite has an almost centaur like build, and I have little accurate means of comparing the size of her lower body.
So I can't even differentiate the comparison between Malichite's total body length or her 'standing' height.
My rough estimate is based only on Steven's standing height as compared to both Malichite and Alexandrite's faces.
Steven's height is roughly from chin to forehead(right around what is likely Pearl's Gem) on Alexandrite.
But for Malichite he is roughly from chin to nose.

In Mirror Gem, the top of Steven's hair reaches Lapis's chin. Her height has remained consistent, as compared to Steven, throughout the series.
In Giant Woman, the top of Steven's hair reaches Pearl's chest(closer to the collar bone). Her height has also remained consistent, as compared to Steven, throughout the series.
Pearl and Lapis are close in height, but Lapis is definitely shorter.

For that reason, I intentionally do not attempt exact numerical measurements.
I try to be as detailed as I can in those comparisons, but I see no need to attach a number to their heights if the crew making the show doesn't need to either.

It does mostly make sense to me except for 2 points.
First of all, from what I see I think that Alexandrite and Sugilite are much closer in height maybe even only the hair giving Alexandrite the edge. I'm sure Alexandrite is bigger but to me it seems closer then it should be. Given that Pearl is about the tallest non fused gem (except for Rose and Jasper) you would think adding her into it would add more height.
Second, you would think Rainbow Quartz would be larger then Opal since Rose is a good deal larger then Amethyst. That said I think it does appear that they are close with Opal being slightly taller (though its been a while since I've seen those episodes and I don't have a good reference for comparison).
Overall, I really like it. Easily the best height chart I've seen so far ^^

Alexandrite is easily the most difficult fusion to get the height of(outside of Malachite) since Fusion Cuisine is her only known appearance.
I used two primary observations:
Steven fully standing just after Alexandrite set him down(after walking into the scene) and Greg sitting on her shoulder.
In the first case Steven comes up to about 1/3 of Alexandrite's shin.
And in the second case Greg(sitting on the shoulder) comes up to about eye level.
And Sugilite? Steven comes up to about half of her shin.
I will say Im not 100% certain on Alexadrite tho. After Alexandrite sets them down in the very next(close up) scene Steven seems much taller, with the stars on her knees being much longer than the previous scene...
Im actually very certain on Rainbow Quartz's height tho.
It was pretty much the easiest to get, because of the lighted wooden board background Greg used for his music video.
I agree you would think Rainbow would be taller, but its kind of hard to deny with her standing in front of such a blatantly easy tool for measurement.
I find it interesting because it throws into question what actually contributes to a fusion's height.
Ive noticed that fusions of two are generally representative of the component gems/humans height, but more than that and the height starts getting inconsistent.
(Rainbow seems to be the only exception so far)
For example, Sugilite is significantly taller than Sardonyx despite the fact that the individual gems that form Sardonyx have a greater total height.
I can't wait for/hope the show reveals what it is that contributes to a fusions size.

I know what you mean. I think that the body types of the gem (beyond just height) along with the stability of the fusion effect the size. I also think the individual power of the gems can effect size, mostly in relation to the other factors as it doesn't seem a prominent factor to me. Not a lot to go on to support that besides that Malachite seems pretty large. I also think that the different variables are more or less prominent in different fusions.
