I have to agree with dotbin. Just because one genre/style is popular, does not mean it's unoriginal. It's a very good first skin. The presets button on the equalizer instantly jumped out at me as being cool. It's simple, but it's unique, and I like it. Keep up the good work, and it does get a lot easier with each successive skin!

I like it even though it looks my 2nd and everyone else's 2nd winamp skin. It's got that "space control" feel to it, and for a first skin, this is great. Transparencies and all. I can't wait to see more skins from you.

well done, nice colour scheme, good and simple buttons, cool eq-sliders. maybe you should have used that style on the main and playlistwindow as well.

Great for your first try...don't let it be your last. Skinning Winamp is easy after you do it a couple of times. It isn't too origianal but it definitely does not deserve an F- so I'll offset it with some A++ .

Ditto pukkaboy, it's horribly unorigionaly, maybe not F, but definatly a D or C. Really, how origional can you get with a silvery metalic rectangular-with-rounded-corners skin? Even the dot pattern on the bottom right corner of the main window can be seen in a zillion+ skins.
It's also very well put togeather. It's highly functional and readable, and it looks "pretty". And that's what skinning's all about.

its not one specific genre it is one specifiic look. I could show you about 20 differant skin just on winamp.com that look the same as that but maybe are constructed worse or something.i'm not saying its a bad skin,it is a very good skin i just think that it is totally unoriginal.

i think the F-- pukkaboy gave was quite unfair. there are thousands of skins around, and just because one specific genre is more popular than another, does not mean it is unoriginal.
