This is the Poison Mushroom for Super Mario Land 2 16-Bit, the Poison Mushroom is a harmful item and it's only exclusive in the 16-bit remake of Super Mario Land 2. The Poison Mushroom will do similar to other Mario games, the design of the Poison Mushroom sprite is a mixture of the Super Mario All Stars version and the modern design that was seen in Super Mario 3D Land and onward.
