Nice. I dig the overall snake theme you were able to work into his outfit without it being quite as obnoxious as Serpentor.

His outfit here reminds me a bit of DC's Kobra, and I like how you incorporated the cape and the tunic to make a hooded cobra's head.

Also, nice to see more red than just the Cobra brand symbol in there so the he has look of the Viper troops. In the show and comics the only red that CC ever wore was on the logo, the rest was blue, black or silver, so I never understood the Crimson Guards thing. If they're his praetorian force, shouldn't they dress more like him?
