Hm... That's a tough choice. I-Rex has her camouflage abilities, sharp claws that pierce trough bullet prove glass, large and stretchable jaws, and that is stronger than the T-Rex. As for Ultima here, by the looks of it, I call tell that it has a lot of defense and brute force with the Triceratops horns, and the Ankylosaurus armor and clubbed tail, along with the claws and hooked feet. Though I wouldn't think that Ultima will be using that against her. It can only be used, like a raptor, to pounce on a bigger prey or enemy. In resume, it depends on how the fight is played.
