Super speed sprinting can achieve speeds of Mach 3, but coupled with accompanying time slowdown gives her the ability to emulate beyond Mach 10, possibly even half-light speeds. Super-reflexes, displacement aura when sprinting, super-endurance. Speed energy is actually converted time energy, which is why time slows as she runs.
