This is COOL. The brightness of the sketch lines give him a sort of Flash-like movement. The colors look very vibrant. Besides that, hey, it's THE FLASH, man.

I like how the lines are lighter than than the rest of him. Kinda gives him the ...uh...flashy lightning look.
