.......'click' gulp what have i got my self into. i have done some weird/random/stupid things in my life but i think this is number one."who are you and how did you get in?"What should i do tell the truth if I do he could shoot think crystal think."why do you want to know" as soon as i said that i heard him grip his gun harder and i could sence the anger on his face."why why because if this goes wrong someone is gonna pay." Meep now what i cant run my chances of escaping were very slim."last question kid" hmmmmm what should i ask ahhh haa."soo if your in here then whats going on outside?"I heard him sigh under his mask"well since you asked we are theivies if you didnt get that already and we are having some trouble stealing the presious stones from the vaults due to a minor hiccup""minor hiccup?like what the cops?"He laughed sarcasticly then said"nah the cops aint the prob you see kid the true prob is those heroes"what heroes as if does he seriously think im three years old ok mabey i have the intelligence of one but thats not the point.

All the sirens on the street went silent then i heard one of the officers say"this is your last chance let the hostage go and come out with your hands up." Oh man no way that means im the hostage."ha ha ha as if we're gonna go down with out a fight."Normally id say some lame comment but for once in my life i kept my mouth shut. Now that the police said that i realised i was head deep in trouble. The masked theif went and locked the windows then he said"keep your mouth shut kid and you might just live" he left and locked the door behind him.Dam it normally id have some great plan but this is on of those situations where you thought you knew what you'd do if you got involved in it but in practice you justcant pluck up the courage to do that.I went to the door and tried the handle but the door was locked tight.What now?Hmmmm i could hear him talking outside on a radio"crrrk whats the situation crrrk""seems like we're trapped inside i think the others have aquired the gems but they are surrounded.""crrrk whats happennig yor end mate crrkk." Weirdly this sounded like a boys voice around my age hmm he must just really sound like that."not much is happpening here just a little proble a girl broke in thorugh the window." Thats me but im co-operating its not like ive been bugging him."crrrkk what grrr get rid of her the more witnesses the harder this is gonna be crrrkk." this time the voice sounded like a girl around my age to what the hell is going on."crrrkk wait is she a super or a mort""i think she's a mort she hasnt tried anything yet""crrrkk stay on guard idiot dont mess up like last time crrkk."Ok now im scared one whats a mort and if im one why do they want to kill me?

I saw the handle begin to turn i paniced and ran to hide behind a sofa in the room.The door opened and he walked in.Each one of his footsteps sent shivers up my spine.I tried to stop breathing so heavly but my heart was racing and i just couldnt seem to take enough ai in.I had no control over my body i froze up then i saw a larger shadow cast over mine."It's nothing personal kid just you ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time." His hand was shaking either that or i was shaking so much.It felt like an life time had passed in two minutes and i couldnt speak and my vision was blured all i could see was every tear drop to the floor."Im so sorry"His hand went to pull the trigger i closed my eyes waiting for the unbearable pain to come when a flash of light entered the room."whaaa... who are you.""shut it kid!"I heard gun shots close ones"noooooo!!""get down" the stranger said.Then the man with gun turned to me and fired but i was forced to the ground.I opened my eyes to see a boy dressed in golden clothes and spiked up hair as if his hair was static."are you ok?" he asked his voice sounded so familiar but it sounded soft and calming."yeah im fine" i replied. The gun man ran for it"sorry i have to go" the boy said.I just nodded and smiled he did the same then ran out before i could blink.Wow i got to see a hero so they do exsist wow.

I got to my feet and ran out to the balcony in the bank to see my hero fighting of the masked man and his accomplices.It wasn't fair they had guns and he had a sword.I couldd only see the handle of his weapon but it didn't look cheap it was specially crafted. The handle was a golden silver color and it hand a radiant shine to it.But could this sword help everyone knows bullets travel fast and his chances of getting to them unscaved were very low.But i probably shouldnt doubt him he saved me so he could do it again.Could he?I watched eagerly anticipating his next move.I was sure he had saw me but things were about to get worse.As the girl was reloading she looked up to the balcony."Grrr idiot never ask a boy to do a girls job."The man in the mask just focused on fighting but the other kid said"hey sis i resent that just cause he screwed up dont mean i will.""sorry bro im just annoyed thats she's still breathing"The darkly dressed girl started to run towards the stair to get to me but the hero dashed over to cover the stairs.He drew his sword and started to move so fast and elegantly as if he was dancing with the air but deflecting the bullets."Move it sparks"she said"not on my life nighty"he winked at her as he spoke as if they knew each other."Fine"she said as she put the gun back in her holster.The masked man ran for it but the othe boy seemed to be shooting down a corridor i couldnt see what he was shooting at.The villianess girl smiled as she rose her hand.Her nails reflected her attitude dark and evil but then her hand started glowing with a dark purple color.The hero stood there thinking as a feint yellow stream of electicity danced around him.They were both staring each other out when the other leaped from the ground to the balcony."What how did you""bye bye pest"As he fired the room temperature droped"no Crystal."The hero yelled as he yelled the girl launched the drak energy from her hand ad it hit him.As i turned from the bullet a cool breeze past me.I turned to see th bullet frozen in the air.A girl dressed in a light blue almost icey color dress stood there.Did she do that?"get her out of here aqualad"Who? The villians seemed to back down as a ladder broke through the skylight.They both lept to grab on and the helicopter above began to take off."Later super zero's" he said as he began to chuckle."Hope we can do this again sometime sparky"she said as she blew as kiss from the helicopter.

I ran down to the hero on the floor he seemed to be in no pain but the others seemed concerned.A boy dressed in a deep sea blue outfit sat next to him with his hand on the hero's head."How did you know my name?"I asked."You still here!?" the ice girl asked."Huh?""Glacier get her out of here and wipe her memory" the one called aqualad said.She sighed "come on then lets go"She went to grab my arm but i ran."Hey get back here"she yelled as she chased me.I ran for sometime before she stopped.I didnt notice though so i carried on running.I promised my family I'd be back tonight as it was a meteor shower.I was too late though as the sky lit up like the forth of july but insted the fireworks came down not up.I stopped further on to catch my breath i sat down and watched the beacons in the sky rain down.It was so cool i wish i was home but what a night I cant wait to tell Scott and Jade but they probably wont believe as much as Tom will.I sat there but i was unaware of the meteor heading strait for me.I turned to see the firey rock crash right in my face ahhhhhh....
