Very nicely done!
My only critiques would be to have added more thickness to the eyelashes as seen in the pencils (obviously my personal preference). Your rendition brings out her irises more which is cool, I just like thicker lashes.
I do find that the shadow under her hand holding the skull and the shadow in the crook of her knee are a bit darker/denser than need be. I like the shadowing under the neck that you have.
Lastly, the protrusion of the nipple on her left breast is missing which is seen in the pencils. Maybe it's just me, but that detail is something normally associated with Vampirella.
Otherwise, this is a remarkable job well done!
