Description
When I was doing Development art at Warner Brothers Features back in the 90's, a lady next to me was doing development art for a movie set in the Ice Age. She asked me how to draw a Neanderthal, so I did a caricature of myself as a caveman on all fours like a gorilla as a joke. Later on, when I got my first computer, I sent emails as "GROG" and used this as my personal avatar. I made little email cartoons of GROG that I would send to family and friends, and he became my online persona for the now defunct Tiki Central message forum.
