Shell Bangers find a place to live in Video Town.
That place is the same where Merc & Tech got rid of this blue goomba black marketeer in Merc & Tech c.2.
Update on 30.12.23 - Added signatures and watermark and some minor changes.
I have updated this comic to my current settings where everything happens in Video Town and fixed a few errors and stuff.

The landlord is an npc from Earthbound.
Backgrounds are from Mega Man X, Captain America & The Avengers SNES version and made up from Doom tiles.
