Waiting for Neotokyo to come out still. The image I used was actually from the Concept art, and it didn't turn out to be a good picture to use in the end. But I still went with it.

Text is Japanese for Ground Self-Defense Force - Special Operations Group 43. Or, it should be. I just used wikipedia to find the translations. Anyways, all the text stands for is the military unit that Jinrai is composed of.
