I looked at the building, then the cars and asphalt and tree and thought it's a photo! 0.0 Wow, that certainly speaks of the impressiveness of skills of the artist.
If I had to nitpick though I'd say the left part of the sidewalk is a tad too clean/uniformely coloured.
I know it's hard to render metal propperly without textures, so I won't comment on the hydrant or whatever it is. The render could use a tree or something else that would cast a shadow on the hedge, so it wouldn't look that uniformly lit.
Other than than it's an amazing render.
