Hard to believe this is just a rendering. It's photographic in appearance. Outstanding work. Looks like a nice place to live, too.

That's a pretty neat looking stair design, but I wonder... wouldn't the cable (or round rod) supports give too much sway when someone walked up the stair? I'd imagine unless you tensioned those cables a lot (which would require expensive floor/ceiling reinforcement) that those stair treads would be wobbly and jerky, making for a dangerous climb.
The reception counter is awesome though.
I like the wall treatments in the background too.
Also, technically, that's a great render. Was this rendered in 3dsmax? I'm wondering... how did you set it to calculate the lighting? That's very impressive with such dense outdoor lighting and also the hanging reflective (maybe small lights) balls above the reception counter are pretty neat.
The plants look great too.
