May be my last Tmnt art for a while. I plan on drawing a lot of things and a lot of Totally Spies. Especially to work on the MandAlex fanbook. But October (or September if I choose to be an early bird) will be the month of Baxter Stockman. If you're a true Baxter fan you'll know why. But to story sum this: I don't see any pictures of Baxter with his past counterparts and I have a gapping feeling he or his 80s counterpart ain't gonna show up in the 2nd 80s crossover with BB & RS. So here's my short partake of them. I figured that after their bad Fly experiences they'd both be scared to go near one. I Blame Mero for making me think that XD.
