Description
The first week of school semester, our assignment was to do a stamp size landscape drawing (pencil sketch).
This is mine; a landscape draw from the inspiration of sand-doom type beachy area with sporadic and limit growth of vegetation.
It was an interesting exercise to draw an image of only 2"x3" in diameter. I learned some new techniques for shading and value creation in a drawing. It was pretty cool!
I'll be the first to admit, it could have been better but I did learn from it and that's what's important; I walked away knowing something more.
I experimented with a combination of different artist grade graphite pencil (4B, H, etc.), I also used stumps for blending along with kneading eraser.
