Understandably the Ruffs are still trying to figure out how to limit their powers while under Ms. Keanes roof. Remember the Puffs in the prequel movie after they were freshly born and after their first day of school while playing tag? Same sorta thing here, except the Ruffs need to understand that mom isn't a repairman like the Professor... Powerpuff insurance isn't cheap...

Something tells me that a trip to the local hardware store isn't enough here, I think the Puffs are gonna get involved in this, and it will not be pretty, for the Ruffs...

SIDE NOTE: After using the Puffs and the Ruffs like this, I'm thinking about changing the comic titles to something else, including the older shorts already made and posted. I think the term "off-duty" is kinda inaccurate in these shorts...

UPDATE 03/17/2020: Changed the front title to "Team Chemical X" and altered the shake effect mildly along with the sweat drop effect a little bit on Butch. More info here .

UPDATE 04/13/2020: Altered the sweat drop effect on Butch again. Changed Brick's hat to dark red instead of red (like Blossoms bow), also altered his eyes and eyelids...
