From The Legend of Zelda – Twilight Princess I present the Temple of Time boss Twilit Arachnid Armogohma. My contribution for the Swedish exhibition ”Hjärta Spel”.More angles, more close-ups, more everything, yaaay!
Armogohma is built in super sculpey over a wire and tin foil armature, painted with acrylics and lastly featheared with swan and chicken feathers.
The patterns on the legs and body arent only painted, Ive carved them all out.
The close-up of the eye in the top right corner show how the iris looks after Ive painted details in it, the rest of the pics doesnt have those, but Im to lazy to take all new pictures. Haha.

Always xD There are some things you just don't forget and your spiders certainly are such a thing - they look awesome, all of them, and I really love the idea of using feathers.

Actually not at the moment, sorry! I'm starting some big builds (vivs/paludariums) so I've got a bunch of stuff packed away while I deal w/ this project. Literally tripping on stuff here. Bleh. :/
Ooh! You know it may be an earlier game I'm thinking of w/ a similar boss. The old N64 - LoZ(OoT), I'm sure there was a boss similar to her in a giant tree. I remember having to shoot at a giant eye on a spidy. Now that I think of it, it might have been on her belly or face.
Still, loving this (your) version. I'm going to have to see if I can get that TP game on PC (or an emulator), just to see this spider in-game. I'm a biiiig arachnid fan.

Time is usually okay for me, but just started this BIG project so time has crunched down atm. Too slow when I want it fast, too fast when I need it slowed down. Right now in my livingroom & studio combined I've literally got 5 tanks (10-20gals) waiting to be cleaned, 2 (20gals) sitting & waiting on silicone, and then ALL the extra parts strewn about (tidy as best I can manage). So that's tubes, buckets, grates, panels, dirt, etc. Not even including the jungle plants which have overtaken my laundry room...
I've barely a table to work on my paper & polymer clays right now. To keep stuff safe it's in storage. So yeah, time's crunching here and space is at a minimum. :S
So it is her, or a mix of her. I love your version of this one, and yeah I'll def try to get that game now. Thanks a ton!
