New OC I made.She is ruler(?) of the overworld.
She leads cats up to heaven and frees lost souls. She decides if a cat get reincarnated, or goes to the underworld. She will appear to family and close friends of cats who are about to die as well as the cat themselves. She cannot speak, but she has telepathy and mindreading. The lantern holds the souls and spirits and are released once she returns to the overworld. She spends her time in the stars. Her galaxy fur moves constantly, never being the same.
