I want to write you a storyA masterpiece to be exact
And the story will have
Plot twists ad turns,
In depth characters
In deep, inventive situations,
With witty comments and descriptions
To entice the reader
To get him/her/it to think
Many things
O yes,
Many great things
It will go down in time
Acclaimed as, The Best!
Wanting to be read over and over
There are a thousand things
I want my story to be
But I don’t feel like listing them
You see,
I have not the tolerance,
I have not the patience
Nor frankly, the time
Why do you think I’m sitting here,
Writing poetry?
