I always got a H.R. Giger vibe from the Quintessons in theTransformers cartoon, so I thought it'd be fun to do a pic
of them in all out Giger style.
Don't think I nailed it perfectly, but I'm pretty satisfied
with the result.

HAH! You, sir, are a mind reader. I was intending to this very thing for a while. I think to truly capture the vibe, you need to redesign the faces slightly, making them more disturbing.
The face of Death could have hints of the Alien/Huamn Hybrid from Alien resurrection, ne?

Quintessons and Giger is an interesting combination. They're a bit too inorganic for it I think, but the result is nice none the less.

pretty cool. im a big fan of the G1 transformers, and you did indeed do a great job of the Quintession, as well as catching the Giger atmosphere, without going into the erotic areas of his work, very cool!
