And here's the finished product! Scooterscream! I've made some changes since the pencil sketch. Originally, when I drew him, I was following the shapes and lines on the action figure since I had that for reference. However, I've since modified the shapes a little bit to make them show accurate.

I've tossed on a background to make it look like he was in the Arctic. However, I may upload a version without the background.

Anyways, this (just like the Ratchet I've uploaded a few days ago) is based upon the Panty & Stocking art style I've become horribly addicted to. XD
