Description
This design is based on his portrayal in the movies and the Clone Wars without reference to his background as Qymaen. Here, I gave him Russian and Eastern European inspired clothing based on his accent and formal military wear based on his status and demeanor. His face, hair and hat are directly inspired by Vlad the Impaler and I added some of the original armor pieces to sill be recognizable. I still have to figure out what to do about the 4 arms situation.
