If you are using a lineart layer; there's a tool called "color" that colors the lines with just one click!
If you are using a normal layer, you can create a new layer over your lineart layer, then click "clipping mask" and start to add colour on this new layerr. Only the lines will appear colored though, so don't worry!

Creating a lineart layer on SAI, then using the "Curve" tool. You can modify the lines to give them the shape you want. Then, with the "Pressure" tool you can make the lines thicker or thinner on the points you clicked, for example in the ends. It gives the lines an effect that makes them look as if they'd been done with a pen tablet.
