Sorry I haven't been able to write a solid background idea for her, only have drawn this idea a couple of times, but shes stuck away in a void/limbo sort of things, but concious, and able to preform magic. Loose rough idea is when she had her spark moment, Celestia couldn't calm her/stop her, so she sent her away into a void, to freeze in time, like thing, hoping she could find a way to help her one day. But with such a magical surge she continues to be concious and awake there for those many years, survivng on magic alone. Anyways, shes supposed to look frail and sorta uncaring. She's been stuck with magic alone for so long, shes lost herself, and only wants to get out, and possible revenge. Sorry I couldn't convey better through the expression and atmosphere, you don't have to add if you don't want to.

It's based off of old Spider-Man comic covers, specifically the covers for issues where they introduced new villains.
