Im retconning braeburn being with coco pommel. Instead Braeburn is happily married to Sunburst, with their daughter Ampere Sparks.

Ampere is an incredibly smart pony, and makes use of this talent by inventing things to make pony life easier any way she can. Her magic isn't strong, in fact the most she can do is lift objects with it, but she isn't held back by this at all. With what she lacks in magic, she can make it up with sheer creative willpower. She's great at coming up with unique and innovative ways to solve problems.

Inventing is more of a side hobby for her, usually Ampere runs a repair shop where ponies can come by and request repairs on anything ranging from fixing some degraded flower boxes to building a shed from the ground up. She's a Very big pony, and with the strength to match so repair work is no problem for her. She's the only repair pony in town and is often too busy to spend time with her poor dads. She is very susceptible to burn out, and usually has to be reminded to take breaks and spend time with ponies she loves.

Ampere is also a, very southern sounding, voice of reason. Not one to beat around bushes, or sugarcoat things you can trust ampere to give it to you straight. She's great to come to for advice, but beware if you don't take it you'll be met with her look of disappointment which is almost worse than whatever consequences you may or may not have experienced from not taking her advice to begin with.

Ampere is above all, a pony that wants to help people. She can come across as a know it all, or depending on if you're talking to her while she's busy, she can come across as scattered and a bit erratic but she is at her core a warm pony who cares about other ponies.
