Description
This is based on a custom sprite of Count Bleck from Super Paper Mario for the Wii. The sprite was made by Zebesian . I had to go in a very different direction with the colors. I did my best!You know this guy is a serious villain because his cape is made out of SPACE. So says Count Bleck!
