This is so beautiful, I don't think I have seen something as powerful and inspiring done in a dry medium in ages. If you like to work in coloured pencils perhaps take a look at the work of Anne Yvonne Gilbert (just google her you shall stumble across her personal site) she is also an illustrator. Keep up the great work!!

colored pencil? how come my drawings in sixth grade never turned out like that when drawn with colored pencil? seriously, an epic piece. the greco-roman gods are happy

Beautiful image-the highlights from the light source are excellent. You don't find muscle work like that everyday.
