The live in the middle eastern part of the world, and unfortunately are nearly extinct. Why? since they are in the middle east they are sandwiched between the Western dragons and Eastern dragons whom not only make their part of the world their frequent warzone but also invade their territory a lot, and since dragons are stronger and have high resistance to magic the Hopinx became easy snacks for them. It's very rare to see a Hopinx, and it's rumored they now live in an underground oasis where they plan their revenge
