A Succubus is created and born slightly different from a normal human. For starters a Succubus can only bare a Succubus or Incubus if they are impregnated by a Incubus no other exceptions exist except the Origin Succubus which can use human males to fill in the place of the Incubus (If you want to know more about this half click here fav.me/d656xic). Anyway If a Succubus has a child with anyone other than an incubus 99.99% of the time they will bear a child of the fathers species, but on that incredibly rare 00.01% they will give birth to a new Succubus hybrid. Regardless of the child born it will take a Succubus only 6 months before they give birth. One of the Succubi's proud phrases is "We find a way" why? because there are several Succubi hybrids that exist that should have been physically impossible for a Succubus to bear a child from the father half for example any plant half. A Succubus is basically the universal breeding species, being able to bare the children and hybrids of anything humanlike- even aliens. A baby succubus is born without their horns rather they will grow out in the first six months after birth why? because if their horns were grown out before being born the sharpish horns would tear apart the mothers womb and would make there heads too wide for them to come out naturally. Because the Incubus is the only way Succubi from any breed can be born (excluding the Origin Succubus)and the Incubus is a very rare species born out of thousands of Succubie mothers, so not only are Incubus protected by the Succubus government, but there are several treaties around the P.A. world that make it illegal to place any harm on an Incubus. To keep their civilization thriving the Succubus government employs all Incubus to be breeders for most of their lives, and each year a quota must be filled for how many Succubi must be born. Most Succubus mothers reserved an appointment with a Incubus months or even a year in advance and if there married it leaves a lot of husbands feeling very uncomfortable for however long it takes (normally an Incubus can impregnate any woman on their first try). Now whenever there is the case when not enough appointments were reserved the government basically drafts random Succubi woman to get "knocked up". Those that are drafted into this or even volunteered are fully compensated for bearing the required child (and since the Succubus population is 98% female they are well compensated). Now when the required child is born the mother has the option to keep it or hand it over. If they choose to hand over the newborn the child is raised by the government and will end up working for the military in some form or fashion. Now because paying these drafts and volunteers isn't cheap one certain thing had to be cut back and that was the armor quality of their soldiers. This actually balances out because they simply put less armor on the soldiers which works because the more skin a Succubus exposes the easier they can be powered up by male opponents.
