C:\Users-----\Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Published\CookedPC\CustomChars
Also, delete this file, UTCustomChar.ini here:
C:\Users------\Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Config
UT3 will make a new one.
