Maybe in the pokemon universe, but in our world. Even if that entire blueprint map was just solid cornfield, it would actually be a smaller cornfield.
Making assumptions, but I'd say that the treehouse was about 30' wide. So that would make the whole area about 112' by 200'. That's only 22,000 square feet. That's only half of an acre. Even small crop fields are several acres at least. Unless it's a miniature farm.
Of course that was after the industrial revolution, they still work by paw. So it is rather large for one pokemon or even a few.
But it's enough to live on I guess.
