Now I can explain it. The Eevee abandoned it's trainer. So this time instead of trainer abadon pokemon, it's Pokemon abandon trainer. Like you, the Pikachu was upset when the Eevee abandoned its partner like how you were angry when the trainer abandoned its Pokemon. Now do you understand? I was planning on writing a story like this but never had the time so I asked Pkm to make a picture of it.

The Pikachu mightve been workin on something important, but somehow Eevee ruined his long hard work. And now a tons more trouble is caused bcuz of the Eevee and Pikachu has had it and started outraging
