I use start11 for pinned folder as menu on taskbar, taskbar arrangement using explorerpatcher.Why start11? with start11 you can customize start menu style.
StartAllBack is a good tool too, but start11 is bring more options to customize the look of start menu, and taskbar!
ExplorerPatcher is great tool for what you need in windows 11!
nothing special, but I like it!!
