He's gorgeuos! So expressive and misterious. His gaze is so intense... and the reflection of light on the mantle, the forehead, the nose, the hair...  make him real!!! This is absolutely one of my favorite pictures!!!

somehow he reminds me a tittsybit of Ragnar Lodbrok
I think it's the light eyecolor with THIS much intensitiy.
Did you have someone in mind when you drew him?
