Okay, so she is definitely the tiniest baby, and funnily enough, she was sort of the most difficult to really get the way I wanted to for a couple of different reasons.

So, spoilers ahead, by the way, she's a NightWing/SandWing hybrid, right? I figured, alright, I just have to blend the features of a NightWing and a SandWing, but gosh darn it, I didn't account for how time consuming it would be to draw her scales mixed together the way they are.

For Sunny, it was sort of a balancing act between representing both traits of her parents, and gosh, I just couldn't choose which ones to express, so to speak. In a way, I really wanted her to be vague enough where dragons wouldn't immediately be able to tell that she was partially a NightWing until they REALLY looked at her, and most times, I thought, because no one had seen the NightWings for a long time, they would sort just forget what they looked like, and so, she would more be chalked up to a really weird looking SandWing, and yes, she's almost eye level with your standard human, which just adds to her quirky appearance.

Her wings have a sort of glitter to them that is more akin to sand in sunlight, and along with her having a really sensitive sense of smell, she also has really delicate hearing on account of her hybrid status. I thought it would be fair for hybrids to allotted some benefit for their hybrid heritage, but not in the sense that they would be better than than either of her parents, so whilst they tend to get both gifts (Sunny's sensitive hearing and sense of smell), it is split between the two, and makes it so they will either never meet or exceed the abilities of either parents.

So, in a way, they'd be pretty well balanced, you know?
