It's tough making an icon for Deviant Art without making decisions. You can't have every art you like on the same icon. So I chose a cute little panda-girl I've met before, because panda, and cute little girl.I've included a photoshop template (with linked files, so you need Photoshop CC 2014 or later to use it) so you can change the art.
How to use the template:
Open the psd file Links/Art.psd => change it however you like (don't change its size), save it.
Open the psd files Links/Small.psd ; Links/Medium.psd ; Links/Wide.psd ; Links/Large.psd => save them as images in any folder you like.
