That's pretty good, I think I might try to do this myself, looks like fun. But the problem I see with this one is that you used one color for the skin in such a monolithic way, it's everywhere. In practice skin often has several color shades in various places. For instance, the face typically does not match exactly the shade of skin on the arms and shoulder, same with the ears. It's subtle, but true. But I gotta say, if you hadn't told us you'd recolored it I don't know if I would've figured it out, so good job!
