I made a texture change to Nightmare Bonnie to make him look like Spring Bonnie and I was wondering if I could release the textures (NOT the models) (they are basically just Fredbears textures pasted onto Bonnie's textures

Wow, no words can describe this. Where Emil's models had a little more accuracy(Nightmare Bonnie's head is slightly inaccurate but I like it better), your models provide character and ferocity, Freddy looks aggressive and fierce (look at that snarl!), Foxy looks animalistic and unpredictable, Chica looks calmer than the others but uncomfortably so (that's a good thing!), Bonnie looks wild and energetic, Plushtrap looks like an outsider (I can't really describe it very well, but it's good!), NM Fredbear looks brutish and dangerous.
Your work is stupendous, and I'm glad to have seen this post.
I haven't really seen Nightmare so I didn't describe him.

Can't figure out how the hell to use Blender. I'd like to. But it looks like a bunch of numbers and graphs and my poor brain can't handle it xD anyone who can make models is an absolute genius to me... Not the taking others and editing, that is...

It's The same as Fredbear, go in to his Model options and their should be a way.

It's just opening files in Blender.
First, if you haven't already, download Blender.
Secondly, open Blender, and go to file, then open.
From there, just navigate to the file, and open it.
You probably have to apply the textures yourself, so after that's done, you should be golden! I wouldn't really try to jump into using these if you have no knowledge with Blender, as to use them, you have to put up some preparation. If you have any more questions about them, ask me, and I'll try to get to you. I'm always glad to help!
