Reported to be snooping around the backrooms of the Dome late at night on multiple occasions. It is unknown if the hand-puppet was with him. Bunny Protocols are higher than expected, using the hand-puppet as a distraction. He's been put on balloon duty since Balloon Boy broke down under strange circumstances.
