I think this one is one of my favorites. I started out the center with seven points, because when I first heard this tale it was an off-brand movie called the Seven Swan Brothers, so the center is seven. The flowers also have seven petals. Six swans for the six swan brothers, of course, night for when they were able to transform, and thread for how their father hid them in the wood, and how the witch step-mother found them. A woven pattern for her making the shirts for them.
