A fanart I drew of 's character Pavlov. I wanted to try sort of cel-shading but with black for dramatic effect (sort of inspired by Andrew Dickman's Rockman Neo thingy at [link] ) and I also wanted to draw Pavlov, I think it's worked quite well kinda. Needs a bg though.Pavlov belongs to Corvid ( )
