I like to imagine those are CMP150's (Perfect Dark). Somehow, I like Conker, and he looks awesome in that picture.
I personally imagined of all of the Rareware characters in the Console Wars, this guy is the one most loyal to Microsoft, same as Skedar and the dataDyne Corporation. It was he that betrayed Nintendo.
