I just wanted to give a try and change them a bit. I must thank a dear friend (you know who you are) who gave me tips to draw Sonic girl characters even if i fail on them.By the way, i drew Amy but that doesn´t mean that i support/like her or SonicxAmy things, in fact i dislike her (specially in the last riders game with that machist comment and self-centered attitude) and the couple and i will probably never draw them together. Just saying, in case you ask.
So why i drew her? because i´m a Sonic fan :3 isn´t enough?

I LOVE how you fixed the wings! I hated how they made Rouge's wings all dinky and they never really flex. They're just kinda stuck in the same position all the time.

I really like this picture, you give the characters a lot of visual personality.
Just because Sega portrays Amy as an obsessive lunatic with no social skills doesn't mean you have to think of or portray her that way. Sega's portrayal of her has been all over the place, one game she seems kind of normal, the next has her hallucinating regularly with no concept of the events taking place around her. It's come to the point where she can do basically anything within reason and it'll probably match up with something official.

And what you said is really true. I wish they give her some kind of mental estability or something. I hate to recognize that´s happening with Sonic too, i saw the recent games cutscenes and i think that i don´t understand his personality anymore :/

In the Japanese version of the games, Amy has kind of went ahead and implied several times that her "mental instability" aka obsessing over Sonic/smothering is just a joke for comical relief.

I haven't gotten very far through Colors yet, but thus far Sonic's personality seems to just be whatever it needs to be for the witty line of the moment. It might get better, but I'm not betting on it.

And I totally agree with you. Amy is too... I don't know... annoying? I seriously don't understand why people pair her together with Sonic if he totally despizes her chasing him 24/7. *shrugs* But that's just my opinion.
