Bianca's proven herself to be quite the mischievous tease already with the Fusion event, and so that's why I thought Rotom would work best for her. Plus, she's very tech based, (Even though all she really did was steal her timeline Leroy's prototype inventions, but still.)Anyways, due to how tired I am, I'll leave off with the fact that this is all for 's event.
