God. This had been so overdue for the longest time, ever since Lizzie Iclyn first dropped. I've always wanted to hard reboot the concept of the Elementals, as Lizzie was a good way to reintroduce this hero eam of six. (Technically seven but we'll get to that) With that said...let's begin. Who Are The Elementals?
The Elementals are a once massive heroic organization that have existed for as long as Sonic's homeworld. (Earth/Mobius) Their existence is shrouded by layers of black tape by those they trust. Through the enforcer of the planet's will, candidates are selected (one per element, applying a second species to their existing one) to protect the planet and its denizens from threats. There used to be candidates for every single element...but over time, almost all of them have become corrupt. There are only six elements that can gain new candidates in the organization's current state; Fire, Ice, Wind, Water, Earth, and Stone. While two other elements still exist, they do not gain candidates; instead Light is owned by the enforcer of the planet's will, and Darkness is owned by a primordial mechanoid weapon of the Gods. Some elements have been noted to preferring certain genders more than others, but it is not unheard of for them to be drawn to the opposite gender. The enforcer of the planet's will does not really discriminate on personal identification either, based on records G.U.N. has about the Elementals.
What Are The Bizzare Flowers?
Each Elemental (minus the Darkness Elemental) has a special flowerlike marking that is hidden in plain sight; only appearing and glowing from the user's bare back under two conditions being met at the same time; the Elemental must be using his/her power, and they must be wearing the attire bestowed by the enforcer of the planet's will. True to how there used to be an Elemental for every kind of element, there also used to be a marking (each with its own name) for every single one as well. Nowadays, there are only seven:
- The Coronal Rose (Marking of the Fire Elemental)
- The Diamond Dust Lily (Marking of the Ice Elemental)
- The Storm Orchid (Marking of the Wind Elemental)
- The Hydro Dahlia (Marking of the Water Elemental)
- The Geode Sakura (Marking of the Earth Elemental)
- The Sandstorm Amaryllis (Marking of the Stone Elemental
- The Origin Sunflower (Marking of the Planet's Will)
An Introduction to the Heroic Team
Througout the years there have been countless heroes that rose and fell by their chosen elemental mantle. The current generation of heroes was chosen by the enforcer of the planet's will herself due to their currently shapeless - but strong desires - having the potential to create the greatest Elementals team to ever live. They all live different normal lives when not on active duty, and each of two forms of kinetic abilities related to their element. There are six members in the group:
- Amanda Lavanne the Seedrian - A post-Cosmo Sacrifice era goth girl Seedrian hailing from Hot Crater Zone, and the current Fire Elemental. It seems she has lost both her black roses and life gem, but still walks around; almost like a phoenix from the ashes. She has the kinetic abilities of Pyrokinesis and Inferna-Pyrokinesis.
- Elizabeth "Lizzie" Iclyn the Fennec Fox - A Fennec Fox who was inherited her bloodline's role to be Ice Paradise Zone's Prime Minister (being the youngest Prime Minister and last of the Icelyns), and the current Ice Elemental. She lives a highly bizarre triple life and wishes to make amends for the sins of the Iclyn bloodline have committed to Ice Paradise Zone's population. She has the kinetic abilities of Cryokinesis and Inferna-Cryokinesis.
- Cloudia Windell the Tropos Harpy - A young woman whose mysterious species calls the Troposphere of Sonic's homeworld their home, and the current Wind Elemental. She hates her birth home, and sees this perfect excuse to leave it behind as the best thing to happen to her. She has the kinetic abilities of Aerokinesis and Inferna-Aerokinesis.
- Sara Dewrain the Cow - A reserved young woman with a bit of a daring side hailing from Seaside Hill Zone, and the current Water Elemental. She's seen by her teammates as a mediator between members, and the glue that keeps them from fighting. She has the kinetic abilities of Hydrokinesis and Inferna-Hydrokinesis.
- Diana Quakely the Bilby - A child hailing from a struggling mining town in Sky Canyon Zone, and the current Earth Elemental. She is the only instance of the power of an Elemental being given to someone so young, but she does enjoy being in the company of her first real friends outside of her home. She has the kinetic abilities of Crystallokinesis and Inferna-Crystallokinesis.
- Priscilla Stonewall the Pink Fairy Armadillo - A thief who was banished from her home in Dusty Desert Zone (forced to survive in its unforgiving sands alone), and the current Stone Elemental. While she is still a thief at heart, she finds pride in finally being among people she feels like she belongs with. She has the kinetic abilities of Geokinesis and Inferna-Geokinesis; unlike her teammates among the Elementals, her kinetic powers are channeled through her powerful legs.
The Enforcer of the Planet's Will
The Elementals technically have a seventh member among their ranks., who is the sole controller of the Light Element. She is apri.ordial deity and the enforcer of the planet's will, positioned on Sonic's homeworld as its most powerful protector by Solaris and Akashic Gaia when the universe began. Her name is Concordia Kosmos, and she is the Goddess of True Order. While it is possible to meet her, she typically sees her activity as a last resort due to her power. She not only created the Elementals organization so she could better determine her own power's use, she has every possible candidate ability (even lost ones) in the form of her Omnikinesis and Inferna-Omnikinesis to coincide with her Photokinetic powers; also having the most powerful Light kinetic ability in the form of her Primordial Photokinesis. Should the Elementals all fall from grace, she is the planet's last line of defense.
