Description

Wild ottermanders live in large colonies all throughout Loonia’s many freshwater rivers and swamps. Equipped with a specialized slimy skin, ottermanders can leave their watery homes for months without drying out, allowing them to traverse the land in search of new territories. Ottermanders are happy-go-lucky creatures that are known to enjoy the presence of evoloons. When kept as companions, ottermanders are very sociable and vocal. They will chirp frequently if not given enough attention by their evoloon owner. Ottermanders can be found in many different colors and patterns, most commonly with spots, splotches, or polka-dots. Their adult size can be anywhere from 2 to 5 feet long, including the tail.
Design Rules:
Ottermander anatomy should be similar to what is shown above. The protrusions on the ottermander’s head are skin flaps, not horns. Any colors or patterns are allowed.
