Description When The Patchwork King was finally slayed by Brohm, and the Iron Legion was pushed back, what was left of the country was ruin and wreckage. Castles turned to rubble, towns nothing but ash, and the people who survived the brutal war now had to face a harsher reality. The country tried its best to pick up the pieces and restore normality, but with the nation in shambles, it was difficult. There was some whispers that said that The Patchwork King may have won in the end, that the nation  would never recover. But from the ashes and debris rose four men who did not shy away from the challenge and chaos. These four swore to rebuild the nation and to bring peace back to the land. One took up construction and repair of towns and cities. Another took to books and wisdom to devise new systems and plans. One looked after resource gathering, so that construction could run smoothly and families would have food on the table. The last turned to justice and peace, making sure to snuff out crime whenever it tried to prey on the weak. The four led armies of men and women to complete these grand tasks, soon having homes springing from the ground and fields filled with food.  The country began to heal, and soon the shadow of the war began to fade. People had hope once again. As the rebuilding efforts continued, more and more people and rulers bestowed the four with power, wealth and influence. With the four being the backbone of the revival, the people had no problem pushing off all responsibility and effort onto the four. Everyone believed that if these four remained in power, the nation would go beyond normality and soon become a superpower to the rest of the world. It wouldn't be long before the four had fixed everything, and life would continue as it was before. But things were brewing, things that no one expected.

The four men who had taken on such great responsibility and power were now becoming consumed by the work. Their devotion to the cause was turning more and more into desire. They had the power to do anything, use anything, or build anything. And as the nation grew closer and closer to normality, the four wanted more. They didn't want their influence to end, and they didn't just want to be a normal world anymore. And on one day, unknown to the rest of the world, the four men came together and became the Armed Lords. Together they would continue their efforts and create a utopia that would shadow the rest of the world. They would reign supreme and all would be in awe of their conquests. But it didn't stop there, as the four were soon visited by beings from above. The angels had come.

The Constructed Angel brought its gifts to the man known as Lord Constor. He was the one responsible for the rebuilding of the country, leading men and women as they built homes and towns for the war-ravaged land. Another Lord fed him resources, which he used to erect cities and towns. His engineering and architecture was amazing, taking inspiration from the knowledge of another Lord. And this construction was his life. To build and create was what he desired most of all. It was like being a god. he wanted to build more and more. And above all, he wanted to build the greatest structure ever seen, one that would have people around the world coming in droves to see it. This angel of creation saw this deep desire and offered him powers that would help fulfill it. With the Constructed Angel's help, he could build forever, and make buildings so beautiful, that they would be called art. And the world would see him as the greatest artist to ever live, and his great construction would be one of the wonders of the world. With that, he agreed to the angel's offer and gave his soul to it. Transformed into a red crystal, it was embedded in a giant hammer, which was given to him. The other three joined with their respective angels and sold their souls as well. With new powers and weapons in hand, the Armed Lords strode out into the world and started to build their utopia.

The people of the country were confused when Lord Constor began taking people away from building projects and assigning them to build in his city. The city he ruled over was already fully built and well made, why would he need people there? It was soon revealed that he was planning on building a tower to the heavens, one so tall that it would pierce the realm of the gods. People at first marveled at its construction, as it soon stood over the whole city. But marvel turned to disgust when they realized the tower did nothing for them. It was not a home or a defense, it was a pet project for Constor only. People began to complain that he was wasting resources and manpower. Constor went before these mobs and promised that he would give the workers back to the towns that needed them the most. He told them that the tower would only be constructed by those who wished to volunteer their services and time, the rest who did not want to were free to go. Pleased with this result, the people waited for the droves of builders to return to the half-built towns. After all, who would waste their time on a useless tower? But they didn't come. People went back to Constor, believing he lied to them. But Constor showed them the workers, who swore that they wanted to work on the tower, and no place else. Angry, but unable to to anything about it, the people went back to work, doing their best to build with a weakened labor force. But as time went on, more and more people left to build the tower, with Constor's entire city joining in on its construction. With the tower growing taller and taller, he banned others from entering the city, as he said it was for safety concerns. Spies snuck into the city one night to find the workers still building the tower in the darkness. The workers were starved and exhausted, yet still labored on. They witnessed one worker drop dead right in front of them, crushing himself with the stone slab he had carried. The other workers took the slab and left the dead body, continuing construction without a second thought. Eventually the body was thrown into a wall and sealed up, but it seemed like it was just to get it out of the way. When one of the spies grabbed a spare hammer, he immediately went to work on the tower, his face blank as he joined in with the rest of the drones. The equipment was somehow infected, and those who touched it became drones that worked until they died. The spies fled the city and informed the world of Lord Constor's deed.

Soldiers broke into Constor's city, finding no resistance from the population, who was too busy working to death on the tower. To face Constor, they were forced to climb the tower, ascending its many stories. But as they continued upward, the tower began to change. The engineering and architecture was strange and nonsensical. Stairs leading to ceilings, doors opening to the outside and nothingness, walls built with no purpose and room dimensions all warped. At the top of the ever-growing tower was Lord Constor, ready to face the men who dared challenge him. His mighty hammer smashed through all defenses, splattering foes into the stony floor. Several warriors were sent hurtling off the tower with a simple swing, where they plummeted to the earth far below. The remaining fighters tried to outmaneuver the large, slow opponent, but Constor had another trick. Opening vents in his mask and chest, he unleashed waves of fire onto his foes, engulfing them in flame. Those who did not burn to death in his fiery breath were easily dispatched with his hammer. With the enemy dead, Lord Constor continued his construction of the impossible tower. It seemed like his dream of reaching the heavens would come to light.

But in this dire time, Brohm once again arrived to save the day. Calling together a band of heroes, he faced off against the Armed Lords and was able to defeat them. Taking their weapons and souls, the heroes took them away to a place the Armed Lords would never find them. Sealing them away with powerful wards and spells, the weapons were forever lost to the Armed Lords, who were left to escape into the wilderness, powerless and lost.

It has been decades since the fall of the Armed Lords, and many believe that they died in the wilderness. But some say that something of them remains, forever searching for the weapons and souls that gave them such power and purpose.

The tower that was built by Lord Constor and his mindless drones has long since been destroyed. At first people tried to use it, but the strange insanity that leaked into the upper floors was too much. Elders from that time talk about those who vanished within the tower, and some who did not come back the same. Even though toppling it wrecked most of the city, the people found that it was well worth the price.
